Week 2
This week I focused on being focused and affable. To begin, I firstly started by placing my phone in a different room while I do my homework. I also take off my watch to take away the temptation of checking my notifications. In doing this, I have noticed I am more focused overall on my homework and I am done earlier. In doing this I have also seen that I am on my phone less, it is not something I planned to accomplish but I see that I am not on it all the times as I used to be. I also worked on making new friends this week. This week I was more kind to people and as a result I made a new friend. I find it very rewarding to make new friends. Overall, I feel like I have improved as a result of doing this.

ReplyDeleteI am very glad that putting your phone in another room worked. I agree I with you that using this technique is more helpful and productive. Apart from that on the making new friends situation, I recommend to find common interests from the person you meet and it will be a more flow conversation instead of awkwardness. All in all, you're doing a great job and good luck!

ReplyDeleteI completely understand you problem with your phone. I also have so much trouble putting down my phone to do my homework. I will try to use your method cause maybe it can help me too. I also am very glad that you were able to make friends this week. I find it very efficient to be friends with as many people as possible. I also find it very healthy to have a good friendships.
