Week 2
This week I focused on being focused and affable. To begin, I firstly started by placing my phone in a different room while I do my homework. I also take off my watch to take away the temptation of checking my notifications. In doing this, I have noticed I am more focused overall on my homework and I am done earlier. In doing this I have also seen that I am on my phone less, it is not something I planned to accomplish but I see that I am not on it all the times as I used to be. I also worked on making new friends this week. This week I was more kind to people and as a result I made a new friend. I find it very rewarding to make new friends. Overall, I feel like I have improved as a result of doing this.
